Common questions
How much could I earn?
For Marketplace sponsorships, we’ll work with you to set prices for your offerings. PostWave takes a 20% cut if referred by us, or 10% when referred by you. Transaction fees are 4%.
For Network promotions, we charge employers $299 to post. PostWave takes a 10% cut, transaction fees are 4%, and you earn 20% commission if you referred them. The rest is shared among communities proportional to the number of applicants.
Can We still post to the #jobs channel?
Yes, you’re free to keep doing whatever you’re already doing. Job posts shared by PostWave are in addition to any shared by you, your members, or your team.
Do I need to approve network posts?
No, the process is hassle-free for you. We curate and share the job posts. We only promote listings your members will be interested in. If any seem irrelevant, or you have specific criteria, let us know and we’ll refine what we share.
How do I get paid?
You receive an email with a link to securely cash out your earnings at the end of each month. Select from options like bank transfers, gift cards, Visa cards, and more.
Which community platforms do you support?
We work with all community platforms. We just need the ability to create posts in your #jobs channel or your platform’s equivalent.
How often Are New Posts shared?
New posts are shared each weekday. Every job post gets shared three times over a 30-day period. We only share jobs relevant to your community and never spam.
